There are no hidden charges. The rates already include skincare, false lashes, eyebrow trimming, eyelid adjustment (if required), and Artist’s transport to the makeover location on the event day.

Any additional charge (e.g. surcharge, fees & optional add-on) are specified on the website &/or indicated in the T&C section of the invoice, so there will be no surprises on your event day itself :)

It is not recommended to use trial for PWS/ROM. The trial session is a customized three-hour session to refine and finalize your wedding-day look(s). Its purpose is to explore different styles, understand your preferences, and make adjustments before the actual day.

Makeup

We’ll discuss the overall aesthetic you’re aiming for and try variations such as different lash styles, eye shadow tones, blush placement and lip colours. We will be trying one makeup look on half of your face and another on the other half.

Hair

We’ll try the number of hairstyles included in your package—for example:

• Charm Plus & Allure: 2 hairstyles

• Allure Plus: 3 hairstyles

Quick transitions will be done so you can visualize each option, and we’ll also try on any hair accessories you’d like to pair with each look.

The trial is meant for exploration and decision-making, while your actual day will involve more detailed execution with complete makeup application and full hair prep for each look.

Should you still choose to use your trial session for PWS or ROM, a top-up of $100 will apply.

Both actual day and pre-wedding photoshoot makeovers are considered bridal makeovers.

For bridal makeovers, hair and makeup are significantly more detailed. We use specialized techniques to make sure the look lasts longer, so the bride looks beautiful even after many hours.

Because of this, bridal makeovers take twice as much time to complete—about 3 hours per look—compared to 1.5 hours for a standard makeover.

Standard makeovers are intended for family members, wedding entourage, corporate shoots, or casual sessions like family portraits, maternity shoots, or photos with pets.

No. A standard makeover may not fully meet the demands of a pre-wedding shoot, even with a casual theme. Pre-wedding photos come with higher expectations, whether from the bride herself or from those viewing the photos. To achieve the desired results, hair and makeup need to be detailed, flawless from every angle, and durable enough to last through long hours of photoshoot in Singapore’s warm, humid weather.

For bridal makeovers, we allocate twice as much time and use specialized techniques to ensure every detail is perfect. With a standard makeover, we wouldn’t have the same time or resources to achieve the polished, long-lasting results expected of bridal photos. Moreover, there is a risk that viewers may mistakenly equate the quality of a standard makeover with our bridal services, leading to potential misunderstandings about our capabilities.

Rates quoted are for same day usage (excluding trial, which will be held 1 to 4 weeks before AD).

Should clients wish to split the package across 2 days (e.g. 1st look on day one, 2nd look on day two) , a split-day surcharge of $100 will apply.

A large variety of brands are used, and products in our kit are regularly changed as we love trying and buying new cosmetics.

Specialising in Natural, Korean & Thai style makeovers, I take pride in my clean yet detailed makeovers. I constantly stay in touch with new beauty trends and upgrade myself with the latest techniques & beauty gadgets.

As someone who suffers from acne-prone and sensitive skin myself, I understand the importance of having high hygiene standards. I use disposable tools whenever possible, and makeup brushes are washed after every appointment.

Also, all our rates & surcharges are transparent and clearly stated, ensuring client’s peace of mind without any surprises.

2. Provide appointment details: date & time to be ready by, number of pax requiring makeover, type of makeover required.

3. If the schedule is not confirmed yet, you may book a tentative timing & adjust it closer to the date (subject to artist’s availability).

4. Feel free to ask any questions & clarify any doubts. Inform us when you wish to confirm the booking.

5. An invoice with the payment methods (Paynow/Paylah/Google Pay) will be generated. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the slots.

6. After deposit is received, a calendar invite will be sent with the appointment details.

7. We will reach out again around 1 week before the appointment date to confirm the details & send a pre-appointment care guide.

If you have any preferred makeup and hairstyle, feel free to send reference pictures over before the appointment.

Trial session included in Actual Day bridal packages are conducted on weekdays (Mon – Fri) during daytime hours, and are not available on weekends (Sat & Sun).

Feel free to let us know if you have a preferred trial date. Otherwise, the artist will reach out approximately 1–2 months before your Actual Day appointment to arrange your trial.

Our rates are subject to revision every 6 - 12 months depending on inflation, gst increase etc.

We recommend interested clients to book as early as possible to secure our current rates.
